Return of goods

Thank you for choosing our e-shop. We would like to inform you about our terms and conditions for claiming nutritional supplements. These products are designed to promote health, but the effects can be individual, which means that not every product will have the same effect on every user.
A claim cannot be made in the following cases

  1. Product ineffectiveness - The effects of nutritional supplements may vary depending on each user's individual needs, health and lifestyle. For this reason, it is not possible to claim a product simply on the basis that it does not work according to your personal expectations.
  2. The product causes difficulties - All our nutritional supplements have the ingredients clearly stated on the packaging and on the product page. If a dietary supplement has caused an allergic reaction or other health problems, we recommend that you stop taking it immediately and consult your doctor about your condition.

Return Policy:

  1. You can return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, the goods must be undamaged and unused.
  2. The goods must be returned complete and in their original condition and must not show any signs of use or abuse.
  3. If a gift was included with the order, the gift must also be returned. Returns cannot be processed without a complete order, including gifts.
  4. Returning the goods within this period is considered a withdrawal from the contract - no reason need be given.
  5. The cost of the return is to be borne by the buyer.
  6. Returned goods sent to us COD will not be accepted.
  7. Refunds for the product will be made by return to account.
  8. It is not possible to exchange the returned goods (only in case of a complaint)

How do I return the goods?

  1. Just send us the product with the return form. Pack the parcel carefully (you can use the packaging in which we delivered your order).
  2. You can send us the proof of return in any form. You can insert it with the goods or send it by post. To send it by email, use the following address: [email protected]
  3. Send the parcel to iProbio, Palárikova 2657, 022 01 Čadca, Slovakia
  4. We will refund your money within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods as well as the withdrawal statement by the company.
